Hope it went well! They're really not that bad. I exercised today which was one of my resolutions and my foot is killing me. Oh, my, old age is not fun!
not bad?? well maybe not but sooo glad they said i didn't need one for 10 more years! made a mistake of drinking propel water with those horrid pills. now i can't stand to think about flavored water. only nice part was the deep sleep and dreams while out that 20 min or so!
